Craig Morris, lost 70lbs in 18 Months

"A few months prior to meeting Laura, I weighed close to 290lbs. I had been on a diet for a few months and had lost some weight, so I was little arrogant in thinking that I could lose all the weight I wanted by myself. 

"Then Laura put me through my first workout. I almost passed out within the first 15 minutes. Yes, I had lost weight on my own by simplify dieting, but I failed to realize that improved physical fitness is not an automatic by product of weight loss. I still got winded when walking up stairs. I couldn’t perform any strenuous activity for any given period of time. In short, I was a mess. 

"After that first work out I knew I was going to need some help to meet my weight loss and physical fitness goals, so I started taking Laura’s fitness classes at the gym and started doing personal training sessions with Laura once a week. Those classes and training sessions made all of the difference in my health improvement transformation.

"Over the past year Laura has challenged me to push myself physically, so I did by completing a Spartan Race (The Spartan Race is a 4 mile run through fields, woods and mud with 30 obstacles along the way) and running a standard 5K race (I couldn’t run a mile in high school). With Laura’s help, I have lost over 70bs in less then 18 months. I have lost over six inches around my waist. I now weigh less then I did when I graduated high school. More importantly I am in the best physical condition of my adult life and I am 40 years old.I would recommend Laura to anyone who is serious about loosing weight and improving their physical fitness. I guarantee you will love to hate her as much as I do!”


"Laura realizes that every person is built differently. She doesn't have a set formula to make all of her clients the same. She finds out each individual's goals and what strengths and limitations you have. If your limitations are due to injuries, she works on improving your flexibility and strengthening these areas without causing further damage. I think every client she has had can testify that she makes a stronger person by helping them build their self confidence. "When I decided last fall to sign up for the Indianapolis mini-marathon, I only wanted to be able to finish. Laura began showing me various strength training exercises to accompany my running. As a result, I was not only able to finish, but I completed the 13.1-mile course in less than an hour-and-a-half and finished 447th out of nearly 35,000 participants. I ran the race when I was 23-years-old and again when I was 27, but my fastest time came this year at 35.

"Over the course of a year-and-a-half, I have lost 30 pounds and nearly 10% of my body fat by training. More importantly, I have managed to maintain my results because of the program Laura designed specifically for me. I am now 36-years-old, and I am in better shape than I was at 25. I am now beginning to participate in triathlons and, of course, I will be counting on Laura to get me prepared." -Alan, 36
