"Laura realizes that every person is built differently. She doesn't have a set formula to make all of her clients the same. She finds out each individual's goals and what strengths and limitations you have. If your limitations are due to injuries, she works on improving your flexibility and strengthening these areas without causing further damage. I think every client she has had can testify that she makes a stronger person by helping them build their self confidence. Most people set goals that are unachievable but Laura has a wonderful gift, and she makes you work harder and she keeps moving your bar higher."

"When I decided last fall to sign up for the Indianapolis mini-marathon, I only wanted to be able to finish. Laura began showing me various strength training exercises to accompany my running. As a result, I was not only able to finish, but I completed the 13.1-mile course in less than an hour-and-a-half and finished 447th out of nearly 35,000 participants. I ran the race when I was 23-years-old and again when I was 27, but my fastest time came this year at 35.
