24 Day Challenge

Today I am posting this blog because many of you have seen on my Facebook page today that one of my amazing clients finished up her 24 Day Challenge with me and lost 22.25 inches and 2% of her body fat in those 24 days.  24 days!!!!  Seems crazy and bogus lies right???  Wrong!  This girl met with me and went over how she wanted to change the way she takes care of her body.  I recommended she start doing Personal Training with me 2 days a week and do cardiovascular exercise on 6 days a week.  We also changed up her core nutrition which was a real bonus to her plan.  AdvoCare, which is a company I use and recommend to all my clients for their core nutrition and added supplements to help get the most of their workouts, is what I started her on.  The products I started her on are part of Advocare 24 day Challenge.  The first 10 days are about cleansing your body of toxins, preparing for optimal nutrient absorption.  During the Max Phase, days 11-24, you’ll give your body the best tools to achieve your next weight-management goal.  During this challenge I help set you up on the plan and help you choose the right nutrition for your needs.
